Folly Hill, with its dappled tapestry of trees, shrubs, picnic places and wonderful vistas, is a haven for all the local wildlife – including human.
We see sledging on the slopes in winter; dog walking through the daffodils in spring; lazy lunches under the leafy canopy in summer and kicking through carpets of colours in the autumn. In 2017, as part of the Pump House sELFie project, The Prince lead Fairies and elves to the Tower and Rapunzel let down her hair. Many individuals and groups book a private visit to the tower. There have been parties, marriage proposals, anniversaries, birthdays, music and brownie promises. Music, Story telling and other events. See posters |
